Initially, thru misunderstanding on my part I was discouraged with the shipment as I had expected more product than what was delivered. After receiving additional information about samples not being full packets I was satisfied. Good communication is required for success with a purchase and both parties have gained skills in this process. I am pleased with the sales rep. for taking the time to try to serve the needs of the client. I would recommend this firm. They are willing to serve the needs of their customers and take the time to make sure that any issues are addressed. I would be happy to order from them again int the future.
